Baileys recipe

Ingredients

1 tbs instant coffee  and 1 heaped tbs cocoa dissolved in 2tbs of boiling water

1 cup cream

1 tin (395g) sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

 1 2/3 cups whisky (I used 1 ¼)

 

Method

Put in a bowl or jug and whisk or mix with a mixer on low until all ingredients are combined.

Pour into sterilised bottle. Refrigerate.

Will last 2 months unopened.  Ours rarely lasts a day.... it's that good.
